let's talk about great customer service, especially when it comes to bathroom remodeling in hayward. it feels rare to find this level of care nowadays. the team here is truly wonderful! everyone was super accommodating and, most importantly, very patient. i worked with leonard, and wow—he really has it all: patience, expert knowledge about bathroom remodeling products, professionalism, and amazing customer care. he really listened to what i needed. i ordered new cabinets for my bathroom, and they look fantastic! there was a small issue with damage, but leonard handled it quickly and my project was finished perfectly. i'm a very happy customer and highly recommend this place, especially leonard.

I had my shower remodeled a while back and wanted to make sure everything held up before leaving a review. From the very start, every time I reached out, I was always greeted warmly by Leonard, the owner. The installation process was smooth, and the new shower looked fantastic. After some time, I noticed the shelves were a bit loose, so I called Leonard. He quickly arranged for someone to come by within a few days, and they fixed the shelves right away. Everyone I interacted with, from the salesperson (Leonard’s son) to the installers, was professional and friendly. The pricing was very reasonable, the craftsmanship was excellent, and their customer service truly stands out. I honestly wish I had more bathrooms to remodel because I would definitely choose them again!

Pure Form Bathrooms was very helpful from the start. Leonard in sales made the process easy to understand, and I purchased two bathroom shower remodels. There were a few delays with product availability and shower door parts, so the installation took several visits, but the team stayed with the job and got everything completed. In the end, both new showers look very nice and gave my bathrooms a clean, updated feel. The installers did good work, and the finished shower walls, bases, and doors improved the space a lot. Communication could have been smoother at times between different parts of the team, but they worked through the issues and kept the project moving. There were a few adjustments needed during the remodel, especially with the shower doors and final fitting, but those concerns were addressed as the job moved along. After everything was completed, I was happy with how the showers looked and how much more modern and fresh the bathrooms felt. For a large two-shower bathroom renovation, it helped to ask questions, review materials carefully, and stay involved during each step of the installation.

javier was our in-home design consultant and james was our installer for the bathroom remodel, and i’d highly recommend working with both of them. like many other reviews mention, they were helpful, professional, and easy to work with through the whole bathroom renovation process, much more than other remodelers we looked at during our selection. they took great care to protect the home, kept the work area as clean as possible, and cleaned up well at the end of each day. they also helped us plan a smart bath and shower layout with a diverter that switches between the tub and shower functions instead of a standard diverter tub spout, which made the new bathroom setup more practical and user friendly.
