We recently hired Navis construction to work on a small closet and install recessed lighting in our home, and setting up an outdoor shed. The closet turned out very organized, the recessed lighting completely brightened up the space and the shed installation was done solidly and with great attention to detail. The crew was respectful of our home and kept the workspace clean and the final outcome was very good.

We were looking for a home upgrade in 2023 (full kitchen, 2 bath, vynyl floor, doors and re-paint ). The challenge was I only had 4 weeks, before my family arrived. Of all the quotes I received, Navi's was detailed, accurate and competitive. Navi had another project lined up, but he was honest in what he could complete in 4 weeks. We skipped flooring and doors and we got another contractor to do those. Navi completed his delivery on time with quality and also worked well with our floor contractor to make sure our full project was complete in time. Its 2 years now and we have not had to call him for any rework. Navi knows his stuff, and is a good person to work with and is reasonably flexible. His payment schedule aligns with the work he completes. Pros: - Competitive pricing - Quality work - Open to feedback and willing to work with you. - Timely work completion. - Good at plumbing and electritian. - Good and reliable contacts for any sub contracting. Cons: - He usually cleans up his work but inform him upfront on what level of post-construction cleaning is needed. He is a contractor not cleaner, so his standards could be different than yours. - At the time of our project, he could not tackle HVAC duct work. Will surely do business with Navi again. Happy to recommend Navi for any residential/commercial construction or handyman projects.

Navi recently completed a full remodel of our kitchen and all three bathrooms, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. He was professional, communicative, and truly invested in delivering high-quality work. As first-time remodelers, we appreciated how he guided us through the entire process — from layout decisions to helping us select tiles, vanities, fixtures, and finishes. He was transparent and fair with payments, only billing for work that was completed to our satisfaction. The craftsmanship was excellent, and everything was completed within a very reasonable budget. We've already received numerous compliments from guests on the finished spaces. We highly recommend Navi to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and thoughtful contractor. Navi has done some major work at my home (full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, garage, full house recessed lights, tankless heater, etc). The things that stand out for me are (a) He is friendly and open to discussions on how to approach something (that is something I welcome a lot) (b) His rates are always very reasonable (c) He finished the work ahead of time! I remember there was this one time where I asked him at 9 am that by 2 pm I have some cleaners coming in and before that he needs to make holes in the walls, run wiring and then patch the holes for 3 separate outdoor camera installation work and he actually finished all that within that 5 hour time! I would recommend Navi and will work with him in future as well (I have some future projects already planned out).
