If you're looking for a highly responsive, professional contractor with a skilled and friendly team, I highly recommend M'Mazel. I like that he's customer centric and wants to make sure that you're happy & the job is done right. I've used M'Mazel for multiple projects including upgrading our electrical panel and renovating our laundry room -- and we just we finished our largest project last month -- adding on a full bathroom (with permits). Miguel is very professional, a responsive communicator, and has a really great team that works with him. Freslin, Gerson, & Delvin were the team that did our addition and I appreciated that they arrived on time daily, were friendly, cleaned up, and always kept me informed of what was happening. They did end up feeling like family by the end of our job. Miguel managed the permits & inspections with the city, kept our job on time, and connected me with a great team of subcontractors or specialists, when needed. The cabinet maker and tile setter he used were phenomenal. I highly recommend M'Mazel and supporting this customer-centric, skilled, local business!

We were looking for a trustful contractor to help us on renewing our house. Miguel came well recommended by a friend and gave us a good quotation. During the process we faced different challenges, but he helped us to find good solutions for all the issues. He and his team always came up with nice ideas. Besides that, I would point out that: 1) He understands your budget and tries to work on it; 2) He has a very competent team; 3) He finishes things on the agreed deadline; 4) If they tell you they are doing something (installing closets for example at the end of the renewal), they do. They honor their word. The only “negative” thing I would point out is that although in general they go an extra-mile, I would make sure to ask prices before starting anything new. *The problem is the extras.* You get so excited in the middle of the renovation that you may forget to ask price before request new services. Although they facilitate payment and help a lot, I would recommend to ask prices for extras upfront. All together M’mazel did a very good job in our house, specially considering the previous situation. I would work with them again.

My husband & I met with Miguel for an estimate for two bathroom remodeling. His estimate was very fair and I was surprised to find out that he could start almost immediately. He and his crew are very professional, courteous and honest. He asked us some questions to get an idea of what we would like, he had some suggests and we agreed on them right away, it was like he could read my mind. I found Miguel to be very professional, courteous, and very honest. His crew was just wonderful, they all compliment each other and they get the job done. We had a problem with the plumbing, but they took care of it right away. It took just a little bit longer, but they finished the job in record time. The finished product is absolutely beautiful!! I was so thrilled that I took pictures and sent them to all my family and friends. I would recommend Miguel's company very highly! I know we will be calling him again for other projects!

I was in need of a bathroom floor & joists repair and quick..... I had no luck with other Contractors I called. All wanted a minimum without accessing the job! Miguel from M'Mazel Contractors did not. As busy as he is, made the time. He had his guys come out and take a look at my issue. They schedule me in right away and repaired the joists and floor in 1 1/2 days! Miguel kept me updated and communicated with me through out. His crew was so respectful and thorough. Seriously, I found an honest contractor and will call Miguel and his team for my next project. Thanks guys, its always nice to finally hire someone I can trust :)

MIguel Hernandez, the owner and head of M'Mazel, is a phenomenal contractor. When I purchased my condo, it looked absolutely terrible. Within one month of Miguel and his team working on the place, it looks gorgeous. His attention to detail is unmatched. He went above and beyond to make my home look amazing. He is surprisingly affordable, particularly for the high quality work he does. He suggested making a large pass-through to the kitchen to make the living room look more open, it worked. He put beautiful crown-molding and baseboards everywhere, even sanded all the walls to make them totally flat which looks stunning. He did perfect soundproofing on the ceilings and beautiful recessed lights. He was always responsive by text and did lots of extra work without charging more for labor (despite my requests to pay him more :) ). Miguel truly cares about the work he does and wants his clients to be very happy. I found him to be hard-working, honest, professional, and extremely competent. He is the only one I want working on my home in the future and I recommend him without hesitation!
