I had the pleasure of working with Leon and his team at Luma Dwellings, and the experience has been excellent from the start. Last week, I had the chance to watch Yesner and Gabriel frame our ADU in Hercules, and I was genuinely impressed—not just by the quality of the work, but by the care and precision they brought to the job. So far, everything has been smooth, professional, and efficient. Every member of the Luma team we’ve met has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to.
