Avoid them if you want a quality job with few headaches. I had them remodel two bathrooms. The lack of quality was terrible. They made multiple errors that I had to bring to their attention. One of the biggest was not aligning a simple pattern in the floor tile. Then they tried to fix it by just replacing the wrong tiles instead of replacing the entire 12 in x 12 in sheets. Add to this that they let debris fall down from a bathroom into a lower level room. Wood and cement covering a bed. They claimed ignorance that there was even a room below them. They puts screws through a vanity into a drawer so it could not open. Sure nothing is ever perfect and people make mistakes. They made a lot and ones that I would not think a quality contractor would make. They did offer to fix their mistakes and the end product look nice, but that is not the point. They should not make these kinds of mistakes in the first place. Add on the expected contractor delays and poor communications, ultimately the headaches from them were not worth it. I would have rather paid a bit more for someone that knew what they were doing and made sure quality work was delivered - the first time.

We have worked with Grandella Construction on many projects and find them to be not only dependable and trustworthy but, honest, empathetic, encouraging and capable. They truly work from their hearts and have the skills to back them up. I've witnessed them work very hard to fix mistakes that weren't even theirs to fix. Their clients happiness is always their driving force. You can not go wrong hiring them to work on your next project.

Grandella did a awesome job would highly recommend them very thorough on there estimate and did a really great cleaning up great office staff......
