Brian Beck did a very extensive remodel of my kitchen which involves removing a beam and post and a shear wall and installing a 40’ (yes! 40 foot!) beam to support the roof. Everything was done to code with great detail. He estimated the project to take 3 months and it took a 3 months and 2 weeks because the project went over thanksgiving and Christmas. He was very close to the estimated price even though we replaced additional windows and sliders. His estimate was not the cheapest, but I’ve talked to other people that have their contractor 20-50% more than the estimate and Brian said he accounts in the estimated price for a few things to come up. He was efficient with time, organized with his work and very easy to communicate with through text, phone calls and being on site. I would highly recommend the quality of his work. He was wonderful to work with.
